4. Buyer's Right To Cancel
In accordance with federal law, buyers have the right to cancel certain sales without penalty before midnight of the third business day following the transaction. This applies to retail consumer sales of $25.00 or more occurring away from the seller's main office. Our Independent Sales Representatives are obliged to inform buyers orally of the three-day right to cancel at the time of purchase and provide two copies of the three-day cancellation notice to every customer.
