Love the Prime & Prep Lipstick Base. I haven't seen anything like it before. It is not like a lip balm. It is moisturizing but has a thicker consistency, stays on, and will accept lipstick overtop! I came back and ordered more so I wouldn't run out!!

This highlighter glides on so smooth and looks beautiful not only on my cheekbones but I use it as an eyeshadow too!
